What exciting adventures have I been up to this wonderful month of october? i think the most exciting was my 5 minutes trip home to Sactown the weekend of the 15th! I pile Adam, Russell, another girl names Jenny and me in the saturn and made the trip back. It was sooo nice to see the family and some of my friends, and I got to show Adam a tiny taste of California :)
Then we (sadly) had to come home Sunday. Then for the last week and a half I have been sick as a flippin' dog. Last wednesday was the worst, I literally thought I was not going to wake up from the nap i was about to take (ya sounds uber dramatic, but i felt terrible). Thankfully I woke up and my wonderful boyfriend offered to give me a blessing with the assistance of his roommates. I started feeling a little better afterwards and that night actually turned out to be really fun. I got to meet one of Adam's good friends from his mission and they were hilarious together. Well...at least the parts I could understand when they weren't speaking in Russian. Haha.
Other than that...my birthday is in four days!!! will no longer a teenager :) Its weird to think a fifth of my life will around be gone (yes i plan on living to 100). I have plans...but I don't know what they are since Adam is making everything a surprise. Its killing me! But i know it'll be fun :)
So i get to see my basketball boys play tonight for the first time! its the blue and white game, so its the starters verse the second string i guess? i have no clue who i'll be rooting for...but it will be a blast!
(I gave them the idea and Adam and his roommate carved it! happy halloween!)
