So just a short Sunday post. Church was amazing today, as usual! My ward is so spiritual and awesome, and everyone gets along so well. I don't know if I mentioned this already but I got called as a Sunday School teacher! I'm teaching my second lesson next week, I'm more excited than nervous this time around. Oh, and its been snowing. ALL. DAY. What the heck Utah?! I swear, this place has the most bi-polar weather ever. Yesterday it was warm and sunny, I had to bust out my sunglasses and didn't even wear a jacket. This cali girl isn't fit to walk in snow, lemme just say that much.
Other than going to good ol' Church...this is what I was most excited about today:
Oh ya, thats a pizza that I made from scratch, dough and all! Its topped with chicken, broccoli and tomatoes. I made a white sauce that kind of turned out weird, but tasted good. Then I topped it with mexican cheese...cause I didn't have mozzarella...oops. Still tasted good! Especially for my first time. I love cooking so much, I wish I had unlimited funds to make everything thats on my to-cook list.
Well, time for bed. At 10:30pm?! Crazy I know, considering I've gone to bed at like 2am the last three nights...provo single life is awesome :)
