Well, this post might make me sound like a health nut. But ya know what...oh well! I found this body cleanse thing from Pinterest, but it doesn't involve you starving yourself like most do. You get to eat REAL food, as much as you want as long as its in the guidelines they set each day. If you want to look at the week long dealio just click here. I decided to try it now because I had a long weekend of some heavy (yet delicious) home-cookin', so I was feeling a little lethargic.
Today all I got to eat was fruit...uhhh awesome! That was no problemo. I had strawberries for breakfast, half a honey-dew for lunch, a kiwi for snack, the special soup the let you eat after class and more strawberries, and I just finished up an avocado (it had some tuna on it because I had some left over in my fridge that I didn't want going bad, oops). All in all I didn't feel hungry at all during the day, I still have energy, and I've peed like 10 times because they have you drink a TON of water.

That sounds like a good cleanse! And you totally sound like a pregnant lady when you say you peed 10 times! That was me a week ago! Hahaha
