Day Two of the Body Cleanse

Today was all veggies day and a baked potato for breakfast! This was a little harder to prepare for because I don't really like raw veggies so I had to steam/heat them up in a pan. But I was feeling really good! I stir-fryed a bunch of red peppers and asparagus in the morning while my potato cooked, ate the potato after that, spinach with black olives for lunch, and a big bowl of veggie soup for dinner...more like a whole pot, but it says you can have as much of the soup as you want! After my breakfast this morning though I really didn't feel hungry at all the rest of the day, so I swear I'm not starving myself I was just full after the morning.

I still had energy and was craving sugar A LOT less today. I cheated a little and had like half a cup of a protein shake after working out because my body was craving somethin' to build those muscles back up. I'm really liking this cleanse so far, my body feels nice and happy with all the natural food thats going in it. I also like that I'm developing better eating habits and learning how to cook new veggie combinations. Seriously, red peppers and asparagus: try it!

Except my eye is twitching today. Don't know if that's a side effect...just kiddin'.
