In the Middle of Nowhere

That's where I was this past weekend at the lovely Abbott family reunion. When I first heard we were gonna be camping in Elko, NV I thought "there's places to camp there???" Turns out all you have to do is actually drive into the mountains and its gorgeous! There were creeks and waterfalls and greenery and at night the stars were amazing. I got to meet wonderful people, eat (way too much) delicious food, shoot guns, ATV ride, star-gaze and spend time with the wonderful guy I went there for. And being around Lando's extended family made me really excited to have a big ol' mormon family myself one day. I'm kinda looking forward to the day I'm a grandma and I can look at my huge family and realize how blessed I am, all because the Spirit confirmed to me the truthfulness of the gospel...and Jordan was around to dunk me ;) But ya know, one step at a time here. Still gotta get hitched! Ha.

Sorry for the lack of updating, I'm getting lazy. And out of shape. The ankle is healing slowly, but its still a pain to not be able to do any cardio stuff! And a pain to just walk on it normal!
